Guess Who’s Back in Town

Mr. Samosa and his girlfriend, Miss Dumpling (don’t tell her we call her that).

That’s right, thoseĀ piecesĀ of paper in the suggestion box kept piling up an it was clear you wanted to see them again – and in this case, it was arranged. Thanks to our dear customers who have been helping us along with valuable suggestions like these.

Dumplings are available to order at the time of writing, and enquire about Samosas in store (or check the ‘Snacks’ menu).

Important!

Or at least we think it is.

Don’t miss Green Earth Day. It’s happening on Saturday at the Albion Peace centre, which is not far from the Albion train station (so not driving is not an excuse to miss Brisbanes only officially vegan environmental festival).

You will find the best vegan food from across Australia waiting for you, so prepare empty your wallet and fill your tummy in a day celebrating pioneer vegan businesses and the greatness of vegan food and the green life.

Unfortunately, Loving Hut can’t make it to the festival this year, but we’re there in spirit (and sponsorship!) and know you’ll have a great green day out.

Volunteers?

If you’ve got an excess of energy and would like to help out at the festival, there’s the possibility of joining the GED volunteers, or even jumping behind the counter for some paid work with some of the stall holders. Just get in touch with Leigh Chantelle of Green Earth Group, if that’s you. 0412 357 051 or info@greenearthday.net.
